While most builders delegate critical work design teams and foreman, we are present at the home sites daily in order to work with our tradesman and ensure quality control. Warranties
​Mitsan construction provides a 25 year structural warranty and a 12 month maintenance service after the construction of your new home, giving you the peace of mind that we’re there, if you need us.
​*If the home is on-sold, the remainder of the 6 year statutory warranty applies to the new owner.
